Are you a Computing student with an interesting and innovative project? Would you like an opportunity to showcase your work to invited representatives from the IT industry in Ireland? Then come and present your work at the first DIT School of Computing Makers Fair! This event will take place on Wednesday 3rd June, between 6pm-8pm in the Gleeson Theatre.
To participate, please register online before Friday 29th May. Bring your own hardware and software. We will provide power and a wireless Internet network.
This event is open to all School of Computing students, but in particular if you are a final year student, you need to be at this important event. You will get to present your work to potential employers and get an opportunity to see and experience cutting edge computer science projects developed by your classmates.
For undergraduate students, come along and get some ideas about future projects areas and technologies.
We will also host a number of guest speakers on the topic of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship. Check back on comp.dit.ie for more details as we confirm the speakers.
