  Marsh's Library   

Marsh's Library, one of the first public libraries in the world, was founded in Dublin (just off Kevin Street) in 1701. 

In keeping with Ireland's tradition of scholarship and knowledge-sharing, the library welcomes scholars and students.

Ronan has a Diploma in Advanced Computer Programming from Trinity College Dublin.  At the Dublin Institute of Technology, Kevin Street he completed the Professional Examinations for Membership of the British Computer Society (MBCS) and the Engineering Council's Professional Examinations for Chartered Engineer (CEng).  In 1996 and 1997 he was awarded a PgD and MSc in Computing Science by Staffordshire University in collaboration with Dublin Institute of Technology.  In 2007 he was awarded a PhD by the Dublin Institute of Technology.  His thesis is A theory and practice of website engagibility.
