Notes on the Format for Index Entries
The idea is to keep things as simple as possible,
but here are a few ideas;

Real people are indexed in the format; Surname,
Firstname (Year of Birth-Year of Death) e.g. Doyle, Arthur Conan
(1859-1930)

Fictional Characters are indexed as; Firstname
Surname e.g. Sherlock Holmes
- Anything that will be a subtoic should have the main topic at
the start of the entry.
- If you are having problems opening the Word version of the doc,
i.e. if it's asking for a Network Password, just press cancel, it'll
work fine
- If the Word document has less entries in it that the pdf/text
version, that's because you have an older version of the Word doc
cached on your machine, so just "delete temporary internet files"
