BiographyThe FOUR MuskeetersD'Artagnan Youngest of the musketeers. D'Artagnan was brash, loyal, brave, romantic, dashing and naive. After having been forgotten for 20 years (1645), he is willing to enter the cardinal's service if not to be noticed, to attain the title of captain of the musketeers. Athos (aka Le Comte de la Fere) Athos was the lead musketeer, the introvert whom everyone respected, years later he became a country gentleman and a father, but still retained his position as a father figure to the Musketeers. He's the oldest by some years. Aramis (aka Monsieur l'abbe D'Herblay) Aramis is torn between two worlds. On the one hand, he loves beautiful women, fine wine, dueling, adventuring, etc. On the other, he is a priest, and is active in political intrigue. Porthos (aka De Valon de Bracieux de Pierrefonds) The extrovert of the group, enjoying wine, women and song, he became a rich owner of many estates. |
