DT211 - Course Management
The overall course is coordinated by the Course Coordinator. Each year has an individual Year Coordinator who acts as a facilitator and point of contact for the students in a specific year. Each Year Coordinator maintains a year home page which gives information on timetables, subjects, lecturers and assessments. The year home page is also the location for notices or class specific information for the students.

Course Committee
The Course Committee is responsible for developing and assisting
the Head of School in the operation of the course. The Course
Coordinator is the chairperson of the Course Committee. Each
class should elect a class representative who is also a member
of the Course Committee. Staff-Student MeetingsA staff-student
meeting takes place each year before Christmas where the staff
and the students of a particular year meet to discuss any issues
that either group have with the course. The Year Coordinator
is the chairperson for the meeting and takes notes and follows
up on any points raised. If necessary, points can be referred
to the Course Committee.
