Programme Pathway

 

The MSc in Computing (Knowledge Management) programme is modular offering flexibility to students taking the programme.

The European Credit Transfer System, which awards 90 credits for a taught MSc programme, is taken into consideration. The duration, ECTS credits and pre-requisites for each module are outlined in the module descriptions. There are no co-requisites for any module in the programme.

The modules of the MSc programme are of three types: core modules, option modules and a research project and dissertation module [1]. The relationship between modules formed by pre-requisites of the MSc programme can be viewed by clicking on the image below.

[1] The Research Project and Dissertation is a core module of the MSc programme but is not a module of the Postgraduate Diploma programme

The MSc is offered in two modes part-time and full-time, the time taken to complete the programme is different for each mode and is shown below
